Where are these areas located?
Areas 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D & 2E are located approx. ½ mile north of downtown Waynoka on North Spruce Street. Areas 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D & 2E contain 85 dry camping sites. Each site is clearly marked and numbered. Each site is 25’ wide by 70’ long. These areas include dumpsters and portable restrooms.
How much are the camping passes?
Cost of camping passes are $100.
How many days are the camping passes good for?
Each pass is good for (5) five days and (4) four nights beginning Wednesday September 25th and ending Sunday September 29th.
How can I purchase camping passes?
Camping passes can be pre purchased through our website by using the link on this page. If spots do not sell out prior to the event, passes can be purchased at the main entrance to the camping area.
Does my camping pass purchase include any wristbands?
Wristbands are not required for entry to this event. All activities are free to participants. We are offering 200 VIP wristbands for purchase – see below for more information.
How can I purchase wristbands?
Wristbands are not required for entry to this event. We are offering 200 VIP wristbands for purchase at $75 each and these include a goodie bag and special access to certain activities – see Ticket link at the top of this page for more information and to reserve your VIP wristband.
Do I need wristbands to access my camping spot?
No. Wristbands are not required for entry into the campground or in to the event.
When can I check in?
The event begins at noon on Wednesday but you can check in starting Wednesday morning at 8:00 am. If you would like to arrive early on Tuesday night please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure your camping spot will be available.
When do I need to check out?
All participants are asked to clean their sites and check out by noon on Sunday September 29th.
Is there a charge for extra vehicles or trailers?
There are no additional charges for extra vehicles or trailers, however all vehicles and equipment must fit within your reserved space. There will be no overflow parking available.
How do I access my camping spot?
Dunestock is located approx. ½ mile north of downtown Waynoka on North Spruce Street. Campsites can be accessed through the main entrance off North Spruce Street.
Does my site have utilities?
No. All 354 sites are dry camping spots. Participants may NOT empty grey or black water tanks on site. We are in the process of securing a mobile RV waste removal and fresh water supply company and will update the website with that information as soon as possible.
Are campfires allowed in this area?
Campfires are allowed on site as long as they are in a portable, above ground fire pit. Participants must supply fire pit and remove from site upon departure. We asked participants not to throw cans and garbage in the fire pits.
Are there dumpsters in this area?
Yes. There are multiple dumpsters located throughout the campground. We ask that all participants help keep the dunes clean by using these dumpsters during the event.
Are there restrooms/showers in this area?
There are portable restrooms throughout areas 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D & 2E. There are no showers on site.
Is there a campground host in this area?
There will be a campground host located at the main entrance. The campground host(s) will monitor the campground at all times and check-in the campers as they arrive each day.
Does this camping area have direct dune access?
Yes. You can access the dunes directly from this site. Participants will be allowed to travel approx. ½ mile on a paved road in order to reach the sand access road that connects to the north dune entrance gate.
